How long do orders usually take to process?
Once you order the product it can take up to 7 business day to process before shipping. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship Internationally?

How long is the shipping time?
Due to high demand, the current wait time for the USA is about 2 - 4 weeks. The United Kingdom, Australia, & Canada take 2 - 6 weeks.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Your orders will be shipped from our various fulfillment centers around the world. We are committed to sourcing only the highest quality products and material from experienced & reliable manufacturers.
Which courier will be used for delivery?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped according to the fulfillment center the product is from.
What if I am not home during the delivery?
Anybody in your home can accept the package on your behalf. If nobody is home to receive the package, the postman will leave information on whether they will attempt to redeliver the package or hold at the post office for you to pick up.
What payment gateway do you use?
We use Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

I haven't received any order confirmation email?
Please make sure you entered your correct e-mail address when you enter your order as most of these errors happen when somebody enters an incorrect e-mail address. In addition to that, please check your SPAM folder as well and be sure to whitelist email@example.com. If you are unable to find your confirmation e-mail please use our Contact Us page or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my order?
We allow order cancellations within 24 hours after you have made payment. We will provide you a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the shipping center, we are no longer able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel please use our Contact Us page or e-mail us email@example.com
How can I make changes to my order or shipping address?
If you need to change your order, please use our Contact Us page or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change but cannot promise the change can be made.
If the order had already been sent out, we will not be able to change the order address.
I have not received my order confirmation details?
This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please use our Contact Us page or e-mail email@example.com.
Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do note to not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that we will not cover return postage fees as well. Please use our Contact Us page or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee refund on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can ship you a new item as soon as possible.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team to determine if the item is indeed defective. We will then send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
